Terms & Conditions

1. General Terms: All reservations with Electric Love S.L. are subject to the following conditions. By booking your tour or travel pack and paying a deposit, you confirm that you are over the age of 18 and have read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions in their entirety.

2. Tour & Travel Pack Payments: 30% Deposit: A 30% deposit will secure your place on the route or travel pack. 70% Balance: The remaining 70% balance is due 60 days before departure.Failure to Pay Balance: If the balance is not paid by the due date, your participation may be considered canceled, and cancellation fees will apply (see Cancellation Policy). Health & Travel Insurance: Insurance is not included. Each guest is required to have health insurance that covers rescue, repatriation, illness, and injuries related to the activity (e.g., cycling, mountain biking) and travel insurance that covers flight cancellations, lost or stolen baggage, and personal liability.

3. Bike Rentals & Usage (for Daily Tours): The customer agrees to treat the bike(s) supplied by Electric Love S.L. with due care and return it as agreed. Any damage to the bike(s) during use is the responsibility of the customer, who must cover the cost of repairs and any days during which the bike(s) are unusable.
The customer confirms they are capable of riding a mountain bike and will check for damage or faults upon receiving it. Using the bike confirms the bike’s condition as undamaged.

4. Cancellation Policy: Daily Tours – If Electric Love S.L. cancels a tour, all payments, including the deposit, will be refunded in full. This constitutes full settlement.
In the event of abusive or illegal behavior, Electric Love S.L. reserves the right to exclude any customer from the tour without refund.
Travel Packs – More than 60 days before departure: 100% of the deposit will be credited toward a future tour or travel pack.
Between 30 and 60 days before departure: 70% of the total price is forfeited, and 30% of the amount is refunded.
Less than 30 days before departure: 100% cancellation fee applies (no refund available).
Failure to Meet Group Size: If a travel pack does not meet the minimum group size (four participants) within 60 days of departure, the tour will be canceled, and all participants will be fully refunded.
Transferring a Reservation: The guest may assign their reservation to another person, but this must be communicated via email at least 15 days before departure. The guest is responsible for arranging the transfer of the booking.

5. Health & Fitness Obligations: The customer confirms they are in good health, able to ride a bike, and possess the necessary health and travel insurance to participate in activities such as cycling and mountain biking. The customer must notify Electric Love S.L. of any medical conditions that may affect their participation.

6. Guest Responsibilities:The guest is responsible for any damages to equipment or personal injury caused during the tour.The guest is required to respect traffic laws and act responsibly towards other road users and the environment.Guests must wear helmets and other protective gear at all times and must not cycle under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

7. Insurance Requirement: It is the guest’s responsibility to ensure they have adequate insurance coverage for travel, medical expenses, repatriation, and cycling activities. Electric Love S.L. is not liable for personal injury, death, damage to property, or any other loss arising from incidents beyond our control, including cancellations and delays.

8. Changes to Tours & Travel Packs: Electric Love S.L. reserves the right to modify routes due to unforeseen circumstances and will notify customers as soon as possible.

9. Data Protection: Electric Love S.L. will use the personal information provided by customers for the purpose of booking and processing their tours or travel packs. Personal data will not be shared with third parties, except for legal purposes. Customers also agree that Electric Love S.L. may use images taken during tours in online communication channels.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction: The place of jurisdiction for all disputes with Electric Love S.L. is Puerto Del Rosario, and Spanish law is applicable.
